We have developed a small BES data connection test program which you can request from us after providing the following details:

• Network provider (and country) e.g. Vodafone UK
• Blackberry firmware version number

Once we send you the test application, please follow the instructions below.

Run the ‘womtest’ application and the tests will automatically start. Note: NO screen will be displayed until the tests are finished. Say ‘always allow’ on the HTTP and socket connection questions. This might take a minute to complete but will finally print the results to the screen.

If you could email the results (you can copy them off the screen from the BB) based on the template below that would be really useful:
